Minnesota Metro Adult Hockey has become the place to play for adult hockey teams looking for a great skate and even more fun with your buddies. 

The league provides a highly competitive atmosphere on the ice while keeping a laid-back small town league feel - right here in the metro area.  Don't get us wrong, the Metro League is all about hard-skating competitive games, but without the 7th game Stanley Cup attitude.

THE SUMMER LEAGUE BEGINS MAY 2012 - REGISTER EARLY!

The Metro summer season is just around the corner. The summer season begins in early May and ends in August.  The summer season is offered at Parade on Sunday nights only!

Fall and Winter: These league levels and nights are offered:

• Monday Central Silver - Parade and U of M
• Tuesday West Central Silver - Parade and Mtka
• Wednesday West Gold - SLP and Augsburg
• Wednesday Central Gold - Augsburg
• Wednesday West Silver - St. Louis Park and Mtka

Teams:  Please register online to secure your spot!  

Men's Gold - Players 18+ with post high school experience and/or accomplished teams with experience at higher levels of hockey.  Most players have played college or are accomplished adult players.  [Our top level of competition and skill]

Men's Silver - Players 18+  with a mix of talent and skill - most teams fall into this division.  Mid-age players who 'still have it' or players who recently realized that 'still having it' may have been last week.  [Our mid level of competition and skill]

Men's Bronze - Players 18+ that are on the recreational side of things with less experience and/or more seasoned veterans.  Teams in this division will be comprised of aspiring lower level players and/or older players.  [Our lower level of competition and skill]
